This property is providing only a gateway to the internet through a third party internet service. Guest must provide own computer and ethernet cable (RJ-45) if needed unless otherwise stated in unit amenities. Protection against unauthorized access to your computer is solely the responsibility of the user. You agree by using the connection provided that you will be totally responsible for content, and that neither JMH nor the property owner will be held liable for viruses, unauthorized access to your computer, or other consequences you may suffer by accessing internet sites through this connection. You will be responsible for monitoring content that you access or allow your family members to access, as well as making sure that your computer has proper security settings, virus detection software, and other software or devices that are appropriate for your own protection.

Guest is responsible for expertise to connect and/or set up guest's computer to access internet connection whether by cable or wireless connection.

This service is provided by outside vendors as a convenience to guests without charge. In no way does the Owner or JMH guarantee the service will be functioning 100% of the time and that no refund will be made should the service not be functioning or for the guest's inability to connect to the service.
