WHERE THIS HOME IS LOCATED: Downtown Gatlinburg
All Jackson Mountain vacation homes are furnished with a basic kitchen,
including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots
and pans, dishes, flatware, utensils, linens and towels, initial paper
goods and soaps (except laundry soap),right down to the finest detail to
meet your needs. These are
"Housekeeping Units", once you have checked in we consider this your
home, therefore, any additional housekeeping or supplies are your
responsibility.
"You only need your clothes, groceries and the desire to have a great time in the Smokies"!
Rental Rates
We offer three seasonal rates, which are defined as follows:
REGULAR SEASON: $205.00/Night (3 night min.) $1435.00/Week + 12.50% Tax. 2 night minimum January through May and September except Holiday weekends; 3 night minimum August 16th thru August 31st, November and December except Premier and Holiday Seasons.
PREMIER SEASON: $245.00/Night (3 night min.) $1715.00/Week + 12.50% Tax. 2 night minimum Valentine's Weekend; 3 night minimum Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, June 1st thru August 15th and October.
HOLIDAY SEASON: $265.00/Night $1855.00/Week + 12.50% Tax. 7 night minimum Thanksgiving season; 4 night minimum Christmas through New Years season.
OTHER CHARGES: A $55.00 reservation fee will be added to your reservation.
Important Rental Information
- Pets under 25 lbs. allowed unless otherwise stated, no puppies, must be approved in writing by the office. $75.00 min. fee will apply.
- Reservations may be booked up to eleven months in advance. A 3-night minimum stay is required during Premium Season and Regular Season. A 2 night stay will be allowed during Premier and Regular seasons when reserved less than 7 days prior to arrival or less than 30 days prior to arrival when “only” two nights are available between other confirmed reservations. Must call office. On one week stays the 7th night is free. Reservations that bracket two different seasons will be prorated between the two rates. Christmas and New Years require a 4-night minimum stay. Thanksgiving requires 7 night minimum stay. No arrivals are allowed on Thanksgiving, Christmas day or New Year's day. Prices, amenities, and/or minimums are subject to change with or without notice.
