Eagle’s Nest is a secluded log home at the end of a paved drive with beautiful landscaping and a captivating view of the Smokies. From the front deck and outdoor hot tub, you can relax to the sounds of nature or take in the beautiful sights of Greenbrier Pinnacle. As you enter the cabin your eyes are immediately drawn to a large stained glass panel of an eagle soaring aloft the mountaintops over the master bedroom suite. The interior is attractively decorated with nature scenes, exquisite antique furnishings, and fine art. Wood dining and kitchen floors along with hand-rubbed log walls give you that warm cozy cabin feeling.
Eagle’s Nest features the revolutionary Tempur-Pedic pressure relieving Swedish mattress. Over 25,000 medical professionals worldwide recommend it. Using a material originally developed for NASA, (to relieve astronauts of the incredible g-forces experienced during lift-off) the mattress molds and responds to your every move for a perfectly restful night’s sleep. All Jackson Mountain vacation homes are furnished with a basic kitchen,
including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots
and pans, dishes, flatware, utensils, linens and towels, initial paper
goods and soaps (except laundry soap),right down to the finest detail to
meet your needs. These are
"Housekeeping Units", once you have checked in we consider this your
home, therefore, any additional housekeeping or supplies are your
responsibility.
"You only need your clothes, groceries and the desire to have a great time in the Smokies"!
Rental Rates
We offer three seasonal rates, which are defined as follows:
REGULAR SEASON: $110.00/Night (3 night min.) $770.00/Week + 12.50% Tax. 2 night minimum January through May and September except Holiday weekends; 3 night minimum August 16th thru August 31st, November and December except Premier and Holiday Seasons.
PREMIER SEASON: $130.00/Night (3 night min.) $910.00/Week + 12.50% Tax. 2 night minimum Valentine's Weekend; 3 night minimum Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, June 1st thru August 15th and October.
HOLIDAY SEASON: $145.00/Night $1015.00/Week + 12.50% Tax. 7 night minimum Thanksgiving season; 4 night minimum Christmas through New Years season.
OTHER CHARGES: A $59.00 reservation fee will be added to your reservation.
Important Rental Information
- Reservations may be booked up to eleven months in advance. A 3-night minimum stay is required during Premium Season and Regular Season. A 2 night stay will be allowed during Premier and Regular seasons when reserved less than 7 days prior to arrival or less than 30 days prior to arrival when “only” two nights are available between other confirmed reservations. Must call office. On one week stays the 7th night is free. Reservations that bracket two different seasons will be prorated between the two rates. Christmas and New Years require a 4-night minimum stay. Thanksgiving requires 7 night minimum stay. No arrivals are allowed on Thanksgiving, Christmas day or New Year's day. Prices, amenities, and/or minimums are subject to change with or without notice.
